1Kuinka istuukaan yksinänsä tuo väkirikas kaupunki! Kuinka onkaan lesken kaltaiseksi tullut se, joka oli suuri kansakuntien joukossa! Ruhtinatar maakuntien joukossa on tullut työveron alaiseksi. 2Se katkerasti itkee yössä, ja sillä on kyyneleet poskillansa. Ei ole sillä lohduttajaa kaikkien sen rakastajain seassa. Uskottomia ovat sille olleet kaikki sen ystävät, ovat sille vihamiehiksi tulleet. 3Juuda on siirtynyt maastansa kurjuutta ja työn kovuutta pakoon. Se istuu pakanakansain seassa eikä lepoa löydä. How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
