11 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสกับโมเสสอีกว่า 12“เราได้เลือกชนเผ่าเลวีจากชนอิสราเอลให้เป็นตัวแทนบุตรชายหัวปีของหญิงชาวอิสราเอลทุกคน คนเลวีเป็นของเรา 13เพราะบุตรหัวปีเป็นของเรา ตั้งแต่วันที่เราประหารบุตรชายหัวปีทั้งปวงของชาวอียิปต์ เราได้แยกลูกหัวปีของอิสราเอลทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าคนหรือสัตว์มาเป็นของเรา เราคือพระยาห์เวห์”
14 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสกับโมเสสในถิ่นกันดารซีนายว่า 15“จงนับจำนวนคนเลวีตามครอบครัวและตระกูลของเขา นับผู้ชายทุกคนอายุหนึ่งเดือนขึ้นไป” 16ดังนั้นโมเสสก็นับพวกเขาตามคำสั่งขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
