พระดำรัสเกี่ยวกับโมอับ
(อสย.16:6-12)
1พระดำรัสของพระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอลเกี่ยวกับโมอับความว่า
“วิบัติแก่เนโบ เพราะมันจะถูกทำลาย
คีริยาธาอิมจะอัปยศอดสูและถูกยึด

จะอัปยศอดสูและพังทลาย2โมอับจะไม่เป็นที่ยกย่องอีกแล้ว
ในเฮชโบน ▼

ผู้คนจะวางแผนโค่นล้มโมอับว่า‘มาเถิด ให้เราทำให้ชนชาตินี้สิ้นไป’

เจ้าจึงจะตกเป็นเชลยด้วย
และพระเคโมชจะถูกเนรเทศไปต่างแดน
พร้อมกับบรรดาปุโรหิตและเหล่าขุนนางของตน
8ผู้ทำลายจะมาต่อสู้ทุกเมือง
และไม่มีสักเมืองเดียวรอดไปได้
หุบเขาและที่ราบสูงจะถูกทำลาย
เพราะองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าได้ตรัสไว้แล้ว
9จงเอาเกลือใส่โมอับเถิด
เพราะมันจะร้างเปล่า ▼
▼หรือจงติดปีกให้โมอับเถิด / เพื่อมันจะได้โผบินไป
หัวเมืองต่างๆ จะถูกทิ้งร้าง
ไม่มีคนอยู่อาศัย
10“คำสาปแช่งตกอยู่แก่ผู้เฉื่อยช้าในการทำงานที่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้ามอบหมายให้!
คำสาปแช่งมีแก่ผู้เก็บดาบไว้ ไม่ยอมทำให้เลือดชโลมดิน!
11“โมอับอยู่สงบมาตั้งแต่เยาว์วัย
เหมือนเหล้าองุ่นที่ทิ้งไว้ทั้งตะกอน
ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนถ่ายใส่ไหใหม่
ไม่เคยตกเป็นเชลย
ฉะนั้นรสชาติจึงคงเดิม
และกลิ่นก็ไม่เปลี่ยน
12แต่วันเวลาจะมาถึง”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
“เมื่อเราจะส่งคนมาเทโมอับ
ออกจากไห
พวกเขาจะเทโมอับออกจนเกลี้ยง
แล้วทุบไหแตกเป็นเสี่ยงๆ
13เมื่อนั้นโมอับจะอับอายขายหน้าเพราะพระเคโมช
เหมือนที่วงศ์วานอิสราเอลอับอายขายหน้า
เมื่อวางใจในเบธเอล
14“เจ้าพูดออกมาได้อย่างไรว่า ‘เราเป็นนักรบ
เป็นผู้แกล้วกล้าในสงคราม’?
15โมอับจะถูกทำลาย และหัวเมืองต่างๆ จะถูกย่ำยี
ชายหนุ่มชั้นยอดของโมอับจะถูกประหาร”
องค์กษัตริย์ผู้ทรงพระนามว่าพระยาห์เวห์ผู้ทรงฤทธิ์ประกาศดังนั้น
16“โมอับจวนจะล่มแล้ว
ความย่อยยับของมันจะมาถึงอย่างรวดเร็ว
17บรรดาผู้อยู่รายรอบโมอับ จงไว้อาลัยให้มัน
บรรดาผู้รู้ถึงชื่อเสียงของโมอับ
กล่าวว่า ‘คทาเกรียงไกรแหลกลาญถึงเพียงนี้หนอ
ไม้เท้าอันทรงสง่าราศีแตกหักถึงเพียงนี้!’
18“ชาวดีโบนเอ๋ย
จงลงจากที่สูงศักดิ์ของเจ้า
มานั่งบนพื้นดินแตกระแหงเถิด
เพราะผู้ที่ทำลายล้างโมอับ
จะมาเล่นงานเจ้า
และจะทำลายเมืองป้อมปราการต่างๆ ของเจ้า
19ชาวเมืองอาโรเออร์
จงออกมายืนดูริมถนน
จงถามชายหญิงที่กำลังหนีจ้าละหวั่นว่า
‘เกิดอะไรขึ้น?’
20โมอับขายหน้าเพราะมันถูกขยี้แหลกลาญ
จงร้องไห้คร่ำครวญเถิด!
จงป่าวร้องริมแม่น้ำอารโนนว่า
โมอับถูกทำลายแล้ว
21การพิพากษาลงโทษมาถึงที่ราบสูงแล้ว
ถึงโฮโลน ยาซาห์ และเมฟาอาท
22ถึงดีโบน เนโบ และเบธดิบลาธาอิม
23ถึงคีริยาธาอิม เบธกามุล และเบธเมโอน
24ถึงเคริโอท และโบสราห์
ถึงหัวเมืองทั้งปวงของโมอับทั้งใกล้และไกล
25พลัง ▼
▼หรือเขาสัตว์ซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของกำลัง
ของโมอับถูกตัดขาดเสียแล้วและแขนของมันก็ถูกหัก”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
26“จงทำให้โมอับมึนเมา
เพราะมันลบหลู่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
ให้โมอับเกลือกกลิ้งอยู่ในอาเจียนของตน
ให้มันเป็นเป้าของการเย้ยหยัน
27อิสราเอลก็เป็นเป้าให้เจ้าเยาะเย้ยแล้วไม่ใช่หรือ?
อิสราเอลตกอยู่ในหมู่โจร
ให้เจ้าส่ายหน้าเย้ยหยัน
ทุกครั้งที่เอ่ยถึงไม่ใช่หรือ?
28ทิ้งเมืองไปอยู่ตามซอกหินเถิด
ชาวโมอับทั้งหลาย
จงเป็นดั่งนกพิราบ
ซึ่งทำรังไว้ที่ปากถ้ำ
29“เราได้ยินถึงความหยิ่งทะนงของโมอับ
ความอวดดี ความจองหอง
ความลำพอง และความเย่อหยิ่ง
และความฮึกเหิมในใจของโมอับ
30เรารู้ความกำเริบเสิบสานของมันซึ่งเปล่าประโยชน์”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
“และคำคุยโวของโมอับก็ไร้สาระ
31ฉะนั้นเราจึงร่ำไห้ให้กับโมอับ
เราร้องไห้เพื่อโมอับทั้งปวง
เราคร่ำครวญให้ผู้คนของคีร์หะเรเสท
32เถาองุ่นแห่งสิบมาห์เอ๋ย
เราร่ำไห้ให้เจ้าดังที่ยาเซอร์ร่ำไห้
กิ่งก้านสาขาของเจ้าแผ่ขยายไปไกลถึงทะเล
ทอดไปไกลถึงทะเลแห่งยาเซอร์
ผู้ทำลายได้จู่โจม
เถาองุ่นและผลไม้สุกของเจ้าแล้ว
33ความสุขยินดีสูญสิ้นไป
จากเรือกสวนและท้องทุ่งของโมอับ
เราทำให้น้ำองุ่นหยุดไหลจากบ่อย่ำองุ่นเสียแล้ว
ไม่มีคนย่ำองุ่นพร้อมเสียงโห่ร้องยินดีอีกต่อไป
เสียงโห่ร้องที่มี
ไม่ใช่เสียงร่าเริงยินดี
34“เสียงร่ำไห้ของพวกเขาดังขึ้น
จากเฮชโบนถึงเอเลอาเลห์และยาฮาส
จากโศอาร์ไปไกลถึงโฮโรนาอิมและเอกลัทเชลิชิยาห์
เพราะแม้แต่ห้วงน้ำแห่งนิมริมก็เหือดแห้ง
35เราจะนำจุดจบ
มาสู่ผู้ถวายเครื่องบูชาในสถานบูชาบนที่สูงทั้งหลาย
และเผาเครื่องหอมบูชาเทพเจ้าต่างๆ ของตนในโมอับ”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
36“ฉะนั้นจิตใจของเราคร่ำครวญถึงโมอับเหมือนเสียงขลุ่ย
เสียงอ้อยส้อยเหมือนเสียงขลุ่ยเพื่อผู้คนแห่งคีร์หะเรเสท
ทรัพย์สมบัติที่พวกเขาได้มาก็สูญสิ้นไป
37ทุกศีรษะถูกโกนโล้นเตียน
ทุกหนวดเคราถูกโกนเกลี้ยง
ทุกมือถูกกรีด
ทุกเอวคาดผ้ากระสอบ
38ทุกหลังคาเรือนในโมอับ
และตามทางแยกสาธารณะ
มีแต่การไว้ทุกข์
เพราะเราทุบโมอับทิ้ง
เหมือนตุ่มไหที่ไม่มีใครต้องการ”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
39“มันแหลกป่นปี้เพียงไร ดูพวกเขาร่ำไห้สิ
ดูสิว่าโมอับหันกลับด้วยความอัปยศอดสูเพียงไร!
โมอับกลายเป็นเป้าให้เย้ยหยัน
เป็นที่สยดสยองของบรรดาผู้ที่อยู่รายรอบ”
40 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า
“ดูเถิด! อินทรีตัวหนึ่งกำลังโฉบลงมา
กางปีกเหนือโมอับ
41นครต่างๆ ▼
▼หรือเคริโอท
และที่มั่นทั้งหลายจะถูกยึด
ในวันนั้นจิตใจของนักรบแห่งโมอับ
จะเหมือนจิตใจของผู้หญิงที่กำลังคลอดลูก
42โมอับจะถูกทำลายสิ้นชาติ
เพราะลบหลู่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
43ประชากรโมอับเอ๋ย
ความสยดสยอง หลุมพราง และกับดักรอคอยเจ้าอยู่”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
44“ผู้ใดหนีเตลิดจากความสยดสยอง
จะตกในหลุมพราง
ผู้ใดปีนออกมาจากหลุมพราง
จะตกลงในกับดัก
เพราะเราจะนำปีแห่งการลงโทษ
มาเหนือโมอับ”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
45“ผู้ลี้ภัยยืนอยู่ในร่มเงาของเฮชโบน
อย่างสิ้นเนื้อประดาตัว
เพราะมีไฟออกจากเฮชโบน
เปลวไฟแรงกล้าจากกลางสิโหน
เผาผลาญหน้าผากของโมอับ
เผากะโหลกศีรษะของนักคุยโวเสียงขรม
46วิบัติแก่เจ้า โมอับเอ๋ย!
ไพร่พลของพระเคโมชถูกทำลายล้าง
บรรดาลูกชายลูกสาวของเจ้า
ถูกกวาดต้อนไปเป็นเชลย
47“ถึงกระนั้น ในภายภาคหน้า
เราจะให้โมอับกลับสู่สภาพดี”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
คำพิพากษาโทษโมอับจบลงเพียงเท่านี้

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
