การพิพากษาและความหวัง
1 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า“สวรรค์เป็นบัลลังก์ของเรา
และโลกเป็นที่วางเท้าของเรา
ก็แล้วนิเวศที่เจ้าจะสร้างให้เราอยู่ที่ไหนเล่า?
ที่พำนักสำหรับเราอยู่ที่ไหนเล่า?
2มือของเราเองไม่ใช่หรือที่ได้สร้างสิ่งทั้งปวงเหล่านี้
และมันก็มีชีวิตขึ้นมา?”
องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น
“นี่ต่างหากที่เรายกย่อง
คือผู้ที่ถ่อมใจและมีจิตใจสำนึกผิด
และตัวสั่นเพราะถ้อยคำของเรา
3แต่ผู้ใดก็ตามที่ถวายวัวเป็นเครื่องบูชา
ก็เหมือนผู้ที่ฆ่าคน
และผู้ที่ถวายลูกแกะ
ก็เหมือนผู้ที่หักคอสุนัข
ผู้ใดถวายเครื่องธัญบูชา
ก็เหมือนผู้ที่ถวายเลือดหมู
ผู้ใดเผาเครื่องหอม
ก็เหมือนผู้ที่นมัสการรูปเคารพ
พวกเขาเลือกหนทางของตัวเอง
จิตวิญญาณของเขาชื่นชมในสิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนของตน
4ดังนั้นเราเลือกที่จะปฏิบัติต่อเขาอย่างรุนแรง
และนำสิ่งที่เขาหวาดกลัวมายังเขาด้วย

“พี่น้องของเจ้าซึ่งเกลียดชังเจ้า
และขับไล่ไสส่งเจ้าเนื่องด้วยนามของเราได้กล่าวว่า
‘ขอให้พระเกียรติสิริมีแด่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
ขอให้เราเห็นความชื่นชมยินดีของเจ้า!’
กระนั้นพวกเขาจะต้องอับอายขายหน้า
6จงฟังเสียงดังสนั่นจากนครนั้นเถิด
จงฟังเสียงจากพระวิหารนั้น!
เป็นเสียงขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
ทรงตอบสนองบรรดาศัตรูของพระองค์อย่างสาสม
7“ยังไม่ทันเจ็บท้อง
เธอก็คลอด
ยังไม่ทันเจ็บปวด
เธอก็ให้กำเนิดลูกชาย
8ใครบ้างเคยได้ยินเรื่องแบบนี้?
ใครบ้างเคยเห็นเรื่องเช่นนี้?
ประเทศหนึ่งจะถือกำเนิดขึ้นภายในวันเดียว
หรือชนชาติหนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นภายในชั่วครู่เดียวได้หรือ?
ถึงกระนั้นศิโยนเจ็บท้องไม่ทันไร
ก็คลอดลูกๆ ออกมาแล้ว
9เรานำมาถึงกำหนดคลอดแล้ว
จะไม่ปล่อยให้คลอดออกมาได้หรือ?” องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสดังนั้น
“เราปิดครรภ์ไว้เมื่อนำมาถึงเวลาคลอดหรือ?”
พระเจ้าของท่านตรัสดังนั้น
10“จงชื่นชมยินดีกับเยรูซาเล็มและเปรมปรีดิ์กับเธอเถิด
ท่านทั้งปวงที่รักเธอ
จงปลื้มปีติอย่างเต็มเปี่ยมร่วมกับเธอเถิด
ท่านผู้ไว้ทุกข์ให้เธอ
11เพราะท่านจะเลี้ยงดูและอิ่มใจ
ในอ้อมอกอันปลอบโยนของเธอ
ท่านจะดื่มด่ำและปีติยินดี
ในความอุดมสมบูรณ์อันล้นเหลือของเธอ”
12เพราะองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า
“เราจะเพิ่มพูนสันติสุขแก่เธอเหมือนแม่น้ำ
และเพิ่มความมั่งคั่งของบรรดาประชาชาติให้เหมือนธารน้ำเชี่ยว
เจ้าจะถูกเลี้ยงดูและโอบอุ้มในอ้อมแขนของเธอ
และถูกกล่อมอยู่บนตักของเธอ
13เราจะปลอบโยนเจ้า
ดั่งแม่ปลอบลูก
เจ้าจะได้รับการปลอบโยนในเยรูซาเล็ม”
14เมื่อเจ้าเห็นเช่นนี้ จิตใจของเจ้าจะยินดี
และเจ้าจะเจริญงอกงามเหมือนต้นหญ้า
พระหัตถ์ขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะประจักษ์แก่ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์
แต่พระพิโรธจะสำแดงแก่ศัตรูของพระองค์

ราชรถของพระองค์ประดุจพายุหมุน
พระองค์จะทรงระบายพระพิโรธลงมาอย่างรุนแรง
และการกำราบอันร้อนแรงด้วยเปลวไฟ
16 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะทรงพิพากษาลงโทษมวลมนุษย์
ด้วยไฟและด้วยดาบของพระองค์
คนเป็นอันมากจะถูกองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประหาร
17“คนทั้งหลายที่อุทิศตนและชำระตนให้บริสุทธิ์เพื่อที่จะเข้าไปในสวนติดตามผู้หนึ่งที่อยู่ท่ามกลาง ▼
▼หรือสวนที่อยู่หลังวิหารทั้งหลายของเจ้า และ

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
