8 aLakini ikiwa mtu huyo hana jamaa ya karibu ambaye malipo yanaweza kufanywa kwa ajili ya kosa, malipo yatakuwa mali ya Bwana, nayo ni lazima apewe kuhani, pamoja na kondoo dume ambaye anatumika kufanyia upatanisho kwa ajili yake.
