1 aHili ndilo asemalo Bwana:

“Kwa dhambi tatu za Moabu,
hata kwa dhambi nne, sitaizuia ghadhabu yangu.
Kwa sababu alichoma mifupa ya mfalme wa Edomu,
ikawa kama chokaa.
 2 bNitatuma moto juu ya Moabu
ambao utateketeza ngome za Keriothi.
Moabu ataanguka kwa ghasia kubwa
katikati ya vilio vya vita na mlio wa tarumbeta.
