Mtu Aliyepooza Mkono Aponywa
(Mathayo 12:9-14; Luka 6:6-11)
1 aYesu akaingia tena ndani ya sinagogi, na huko palikuwa na mtu aliyepooza mkono. 2 bWakawa wanamwangalia waone kama atamponya siku ya Sabato, ili wapate sababu ya kumshtaki. 3Yesu akamwambia yule mwenye mkono uliopooza, “Njoo hapa mbele ya watu wote.”4Kisha Yesu akawauliza, “Je, ni lipi lililo halali siku ya Sabato: Ni kutenda mema au kutenda mabaya? Ni kuokoa maisha au kuua?” Lakini wao wakanyamaza kimya.
5 cYesu akawatazama pande zote kwa hasira, akahuzunika sana kwa ajili ya ugumu wa mioyo yao. Akamwambia yule mtu mwenye mkono uliopooza, “Nyoosha mkono wako.” Akaunyoosha, nao ukaponywa kabisa! 6 dKisha Mafarisayo wakatoka nje, nao wakaanza kufanya shauri la kumuua Yesu wakiwa na Maherode.
Umati Wa Watu Wamfuata Yesu
7 eYesu pamoja na wanafunzi wake wakaondoka huko wakaenda baharini, nao umati mkubwa wa watu kutoka Galilaya ukamfuata. 8 fWaliposikia mambo yote aliyokuwa akiyafanya, umati mkubwa wa watu ukamjia kutoka Uyahudi, Yerusalemu, Idumaya, na ngʼambo ya Yordani, pamoja na wale wa sehemu za karibu na Tiro na Sidoni. 9Kwa sababu ya umati mkubwa wa watu, aliwaambia wanafunzi wake waweke tayari mashua ndogo kwa ajili yake, ili kuwazuia watu kumsonga. 10 gKwa kuwa alikuwa amewaponya wagonjwa wengi, wale wenye magonjwa walikuwa wanasukumana ili wapate kumgusa. 11 hKila mara pepo wachafu walipomwona, walianguka chini mbele yake na kupiga kelele wakisema, “Wewe ndiwe Mwana wa Mungu.” 12 iLakini aliwaonya wasimseme yeye ni nani.Yesu Achagua Mitume Kumi Na Wawili

13 jYesu akapanda mlimani na kuwaita wale aliowataka, nao wakamjia. 14 kAkawachagua kumi na wawili, ambao aliwaita mitume, ili wapate kuwa pamoja naye, na awatume kwenda kuhubiri 15 lna kuwa na mamlaka ya kutoa pepo wachafu. 16 mHawa ndio wale kumi na wawili aliowachagua: Simoni (ambaye alimwita Petro); 17 nYakobo mwana wa Zebedayo, na Yohana nduguye (ambao aliwaita Boanerge, maana yake Wana wa Ngurumo); 18Andrea, Filipo, Bartholomayo, Mathayo, Tomaso, Yakobo mwana wa Alfayo, Thadayo, Simoni Mkananayo, 19na Yuda Iskariote aliyemsaliti Yesu.Yesu Na Beelzebuli

20 oKisha Yesu aliporudi nyumbani, umati wa watu ukakusanyika tena, kiasi kwamba yeye na wanafunzi wake hawakuweza kula chakula. 21 pNdugu zake walipopata habari wakaja ili kumchukua kwa maana watu walikuwa wakisema, “Amerukwa na akili.”22 qWalimu wa sheria walioteremka kutoka Yerusalemu walisema, “Amepagawa na Beelzebuli! ▼
▼Beelzebuli kwa Kiyunani ni Beelzebubu, yaani mkuu wa pepo wachafu.
Anatoa pepo wachafu kwa kutumia mkuu wa pepo wachafu!” 23 sBasi Yesu akawaita na kuzungumza nao kwa mifano akasema: “Shetani awezaje kumtoa Shetani? 24Kama ufalme ukigawanyika dhidi yake wenyewe, ufalme huo hauwezi kusimama. 25Nayo nyumba kama ikigawanyika dhidi yake yenyewe, nyumba hiyo haiwezi kusimama. 26Naye Shetani kama akijipinga mwenyewe na awe amegawanyika, hawezi kusimama bali mwisho wake umewadia. 27 tHakuna mtu yeyote awezaye kuingia kwenye nyumba ya mtu mwenye nguvu na kuteka nyara mali zake asipomfunga kwanza yule mwenye nguvu. Ndipo ataweza kuteka nyara mali zake. 28 uAmin, nawaambia, dhambi zote na makufuru yote ya wanadamu watasamehewa. 29 vLakini yeyote anayemkufuru Roho Mtakatifu hatasamehewa kamwe, atakuwa na hatia ya dhambi ya milele.”
30 wYesu alisema hivi kwa sababu walikuwa wanasema, “Ana pepo mchafu.”
Mama Na Ndugu Zake Yesu
(Mathayo 12:46-50; Luka 8:19-21)
31 xKisha wakaja ndugu zake Yesu pamoja na mama yake. Wakasimama nje, wakamtuma mtu kumwita. 32Umati wa watu ulikuwa umeketi kumzunguka, nao wakamwambia, “Mama yako na ndugu zako wako nje, wanakutafuta.”33Akawauliza, “Mama yangu na ndugu zangu ni nani?”
34Kisha akawatazama wale watu waliokuwa wameketi kumzunguka pande zote, akasema, “Hawa ndio mama yangu na ndugu zangu. 35Mtu yeyote anayetenda mapenzi ya Mungu, huyo ndiye ndugu yangu, na dada yangu na mama yangu.”

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
