Die ewige Kirche.
1Also spricht Jehovah: Die Himmel sind Mein Thron, und die Erde Meiner Füße Schemel. Was für ein Haus wollt ihr Mir denn bauen, und welchen Ort zu Meiner Ruhe? 2Und alles dies hat Meine Hand gemacht, so daß das alles geworden ist, spricht Jehovah. Und Ich blicke auf diesen, auf den Elenden, und auf den, der zerschlagenen Geistes ist, und der erzittert ob Meinem Wort. 3Wer einen Ochsen schlachtet, ist, als erschlüge er einen Mann; wer ein Schaf opfert, als bräche er einem Hunde das Genick, wer ein Speiseopfer als einer, der Blut der Schweine darbringt, wer Weihrauch anzündet, wie wer das Unrecht segnet; wie ihre eigenen Wege sie erwählten, und an ihren Abscheulichkeiten ihre Seele Lust hat, 4So wähle auch Ich Mir ihre Mißhandlung aus, und laß ihr Bangen kommen über sie; weil Ich rief und niemand antwortete, Ich redete und niemand hörte, und sie taten, was böse war in Meinen Augen, und wählten zu tun, woran Ich keine Lust hatte. 5Höret Jehovahs Wort, ihr, die ihr erzittert vor Seinem Wort: Es sprachen eure Brüder, die euch hassen, euch ob Meines Namens ausscheiden: Jehovah verherrliche Sich, daß wir eure Fröhlichkeit sehen; aber sie sollen beschämt werden. 6Man hört die Stimme des Tosens aus der Stadt, vom Tempel eine Stimme, Jehovahs Stimme, Der Vergeltung erweist Seinen Feinden. 7Ehe sie kreißt, gebiert sie; ehe sie in Geburtsnöten kommt, ist sie eines Männlichen entbunden. 8Wer hat solches gehört; wer solches gesehen? Hat ein Land an einem Tag gekreißt eine Völkerschaft, geboren mit einem Mal, wie Zijon mit seinen Söhnen gekreißt und sie geboren hat? 9Und sollte Ich brechen und nicht gebären lassen, spricht Jehovah, und sollte Ich, Der gebären ließ, verschließen? spricht dein Gott. 10Seid fröhlich mit Jerusalem, und frohlokket in ihr, ihr alle, die ihr es liebt. Freuet euch mit Freude mit ihr, die ihr über sie getrauert. 11Denn ihr sollt saugen und euch sättigen aus der Brust ihrer Tröstungen, denn ihr sollt ausdrücken und euch erlaben an der Pracht ihrer Herrlichkeit. 12Denn also spricht Jehovah: Siehe, Ich breite ▼▼neige
Frieden wie einen Strom aus auf sie, und wie einen überflutenden Bach die Herrlichkeit der Völkerschaften, daß ihr sauget. Auf der Seite wird man euch tragen und werdet euch ergötzen auf den Knien. 13Wie einen seine Mutter tröstet, so will Ich euch trösten, und ihr sollt getröstet werden in Jerusalem. 14Und ihr werdet es sehen, und euer Herz wird sich freuen, und sprossen werden eure Gebeine wie junges Kraut; und kund wird Jehovahs Hand an Seinen Knechten, und wider Seine Feinde ist Er unwillig. 15Denn siehe, Jehovah kommt im Feuer und wie der Sturmwind Seine Streitwagen, zu vergelten ▼▼erwidern
in Seines Zornes Grimm und Sein Drohen in den Flammen des Feuers. 16Denn mit dem Feuer wird Jehovah richten, und mit Seinem Schwerte alles Fleisch, und viel wird werden der Erschlagenen Jehovahs. 17Die, so sich heiligen und reinigen für die Gärten hinter einem her inmitten ihrer, die da essen des Schweines Fleisch und des Abscheulichen und der Mäuse, sie werden weggerafft allzumal! spricht Jehovah. 18Ich aber kenne ▼▼kenne steht nicht im Hebr.

Es kommt, daß man zusammenbringt alle Völkerschaften und Zungen und sie kommen und sehen Meine Herrlichkeit. 19Und setzen werde Ich unter sie ein Zeichen und senden aus ihnen Entkommene zu den Völkerschaften Tharschisch, Pul und Lud, die den Bogen spannen, Thubal und Javan und zu den fernen Inseln, die nicht Mein Gerücht gehört und nicht gesehen Meine Herrlichkeit. Und sie werden Meine Herrlichkeit verkünden unter den Völkerschaften. 20Und werden alle eure Brüder aus allen Völkerschaften herbeibringen als Speiseopfer dem Jehovah auf Rossen und auf Streitwagen und auf Sänften und auf Maultieren und Dromedaren, auf den Berg Meiner Heiligkeit, gen Jerusalem, spricht Jehovah, wie die Söhne Israels in reinem Gefäß das Speiseopfer bringen in das Haus Jehovahs. 21Und Ich will auch aus denselben nehmen zu Priestern und zu Leviten, spricht Jehovah. 22Denn wie die neuen Himmel und die neue Erde, so Ich mache, vor Mir stehen, spricht Jehovah, so soll auch euer Same und euer Name stehen. 23Und es wird geschehen, daß von Monat zu Monat und von Sabbath zu Sabbath alles Fleisch kommen wird, vor Mir anzubeten, spricht Jehovah. 24Und sie werden hinausgehen und sehen die Leichen der Männer, die von Mir abgefallen sind; denn ihr Wurm wird nicht sterben und ihr Feuer nicht erlöschen, und sie sind zum Widerwillen allem Fleisch.

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
