نسل لاوی
1 پسران لاوی اينها بودند:
جرشون، قهات و مراری.
2 پسران قهات اينها بودند:
عمرام، يصهار، حبرون و عزی‌ئيل.
3 هارون، موسی و مريم فرزندان عمرام بودند. هارون چهار پسر داشت به نامهای:
ناداب، ابيهو، العازار و ايتامار.
4 نسل اليعازار به ترتيب اينها بودند:
فينحاس، ابيشوع،
5بقی، عزی،
6زرحيا، مرايوت،
7امريا، اخيطوب،
8صادوق، اخيمعص،
9عزريا، يوحانان،
10عزريا (عزريا كاهن خانهٔ خدا بود خانه‌ای كه به دست سليمان در اورشليم بنا شد.)

12صادوق، شلوم،
13حلقيا، عزريا، سرايا و

يهوصادق (وقتی خداوند مردم يهودا و اورشليم را به دست نبوكدنصر اسير كرد، يهوصادق هم جزو اسرا بود.)16چنانكه قبلاً گفته شد، جرشون، قهات و مراری پسران لاوی بودند. 17لبنی و شمعی پسران جرشون بودند. 18پسران قهات، عمرام، يصهار، حبرون، عزی‌ئيل بودند. 19محلی و موشی پسران مراری بودند. 20نسل جرشون به ترتيب اينها بودند: لبنی، يحت، زمه، 21يوآخ، عدو، زارح و ياترای. 22نسل قهات به ترتيب اينها بودند: عميناداب، قورح، اسير، 23القانه، ابی‌آساف، اسير، 24تحت، اوری‌ئيل، عزيا و شائول. 25القانه دو پسر داشت: عماسای و اخيموت. 26نسل اخيموت به ترتيب اينها بودند: القانه، صوفای، نحت، 27الی‌آب، يروحام، القانه و سموئيل. 28يوئيل پسر ارشد سموئيل و ابيا پسر دوم او بود. 29 ▼

نسل مراری به ترتيب اينها بودند: محلی، لبنی، شمعی، عزه، شمعی، هجيا و عسايا. گروه موسيقی خانهٔ خدا
31داوود پادشاه پس از آنكه صندوق عهد را در عبادتگاه قرار داد، افرادی را انتخاب كرد تا مسئول موسيقی عبادتگاه باشند. 32پيش از آنكه سليمان خانهٔ خداوند را در شهر اورشليم بنا كند، اين افراد به ترتيب در خيمهٔ عبادت اين خدمت را انجام می‌دادند: 33هيمان رهبر گروه از طايفهٔ قهات بود. نسب نامهٔ او كه از پدرش يوئيل به جدش يعقوب می‌رسيد عبارت بود از: هيمان، يوئيل، سموئيل، 34القانه، يروحام، الی‌ئيل، توح، 35صوف، القانه، مهت، عماسای، 36القانه، يوئيل، عزريا، صفنيا، 37تحت، اسير، ابی‌آساف، قورح، 38يصهار، قهات، لاوی و يعقوب. 39آساف خويشاوند هيمان، دستيار او بود و در طرف راست او می‌ايستاد. نسب نامهٔ آساف كه از پدرش بركيا به جدش لاوی می‌رسيد عبارت بود از: آساف، بركيا، شمعی، 40ميكائيل، بعسيا، ملكيا، 41اتنی، زارح، عدايا، 42ايتان، زمه، شمعی، 43يحت، جرشون، لاوی. 44ايتان دستيار ديگر هيمان از طايفهٔ مراری بود و در طرف چپ او می‌ايستاد. نسب نامهٔ او كه از قيشی به جدش لاوی می‌رسيد عبارت بود از: ايتان، قيشی، عبدی، ملوک، 45حشبيا، امصيا، حلقيا، 46امصی، بانی، شامر، 47محلی، موشی، مراری و لاوی. 48ساير خدمات خيمهٔ عبادت به عهدهٔ لاويان ديگر بود. 49ولی خدمات زير به عهدهٔ هارون و نسل او بود: تقديم هدايای سوختنی، سوزاندن بخور، تمام وظايف مربوط به قدس‌الاقداس و تقديم قربانیها برای كفارهٔ گناهان بنی‌اسرائيل. آنها تمام اين خدمات را طبق دستورات موسی خدمتگزار خدا انجام می‌دادند. 50نسل هارون اينها بودند: العازار، فينحاس، ابيشوع، 51بقی، عزی، زرحيا، 52مرايوت، امريا، اخيطوب، 53صادوق و اخيمعص. 54 ▼▼ This verse is empty because in this translation its contents have been moved to form part of verse 1تواريخ 6:55.

علاوه بر شهر حبرون كه از شهرهای پناهگاه بود، اين شهرها نيز با چراگاههای اطرافش به نسل هارون داده شد: لبنه، يتير، اشتموع، حيلين، دبير، عاشان و بيت‌شمس. 60از طرف قبيلهٔ بنيامين نيز شهرهای جبع، علمت و عناتوت با چراگاههای اطرافشان به ايشان داده شد. پس جمعاً سيزده شهر به طايفه قهات داده شد. 61همچنين برای بقيهٔ طايفهٔ قهات ده شهر در سرزمين غربی قبيلهٔ منسی به قيد قرعه تعيين شد. 62خاندانهای طايفهٔ جرشون سيزده شهر به قيد قرعه از قبيله‌های يساكار، اشير، نفتالی و نصف قبيله منسی در باشان دريافت نمودند. 63از طرف قبايل رئوبين، جاد و زبولون دوازده شهر به قيد قرعه به خاندانهای مراری داده شد. 64به اين ترتيب بنی‌اسرائيل اين شهرها را با چراگاههای اطرافشان به لاويان دادند. 65شهرهای اهدايی قبيلهٔ يهودا، شمعون و بنيامين نيز به قيد قرعه به ايشان داده شد. 66 ▼▼ This verse is empty because in this translation its contents have been moved to form part of verse 1تواريخ 6:69.

قبيلهٔ افرايم اين شهرها و چراگاههای اطراف آنها را به خاندانهای طايفهٔ قهات داد: شكيم (يكی از شهرهای پناهگاه كه در كوهستان افرايم واقع بود)، جازر، يقمعام، بيت‌حورون، ايلون و جت‌رمون. 70از سرزمين غربی قبيلهٔ منسی، دو شهر عانير و بلعام با چراگاههای اطراف آنها به خاندانهای ديگر قهات داده شد. 71 شهرهای زير با چراگاههای اطرافشان به خاندانهای طايفهٔ جرشون داده شد:
از طرف سرزمين شرقی قبيلهٔ منسی: شهرهای جولان در زمين باشان و عشتاروت؛
72از قبيلهٔ يساكار: قادش، دابره، 73راموت، عانيم؛
74از قبيلهٔ اشير: مش‌آل، عبدون، 75حقوق، رحوب؛
76از قبيلهٔ نفتالی: قادش در جليل، حمون و قريتايم.
77شهرهای زير با چراگاههای اطرافشان به خاندانهای طايفهٔ مراری داده شد:

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
