Dyn yn dioddef o'r gwahanglwyf
(Marc 1:40-45; Luc 5:12-16) 1Roedd tyrfaoedd o bobl yn ei ddilyn pan ddaeth i lawr o ben y mynydd. 2Yna dyma ddyn oedd yn dioddef o'r gwahanglwyf yn dod ato a mynd ar ei liniau o'i flaen. “Arglwydd,” meddai, “gelli di fy ngwneud i'n iach os wyt ti eisiau.” 3Dyma Iesu'n estyn ei law a chyffwrdd y dyn. “Dyna dw i eisiau,” meddai, “bydd lân.” A'r eiliad honno cafodd y dyn ei wneud yn holliach! 4A dyma Iesu'n dweud wrtho, “Gwna'n siŵr dy fod ti'n dweud wrth neb beth sydd wedi digwydd. Dos i ddangos dy hun i'r offeiriad, a chyflwyno'r offrwm ddwedodd Moses y dylet ti ei gyflwyno, yn dystiolaeth i'r bobl dy fod ti wedi cael dy iacháu.” ▼▼8:4 Dos i ddangos … iacháu: Os oedd rhywun yn cael ei iacháu o glefyd heintus ar y croen roedd rhaid i offeiriad ei archwilio, a chyhoeddi fod y person yn iach. Wedyn roedd rhaid cyflwyno offrwm o ddau oen gwryw ac un oen benyw a blawd wedi ei gymysgu gydag olew olewydd.

(Luc 7:1-10; Ioan 4:43-54) 5Wrth i Iesu fynd i mewn i Capernaum, daeth swyddog milwrol Rhufeinig ato yn pledio arno i'w helpu. 6“Arglwydd,” meddai, “mae ngwas i gartre, yn gorwedd yn ei wely wedi ei barlysu. Mae'n dioddef yn ofnadwy.” 7Atebodd Iesu, “Dof i'w iacháu.” 8Ond meddai'r swyddog wrtho, “Arglwydd, dw i ddim yn deilwng i ti ddod i mewn i nhŷ i. Does ond rhaid i ti ddweud a bydd fy ngwas yn cael ei iacháu. 9Mae swyddogion uwch fy mhen i yn rhoi gorchmynion i mi, ac mae gen innau filwyr o danaf fi. Dw i'n dweud ‘Dos’ wrth un, ac mae'n mynd; ‘Tyrd yma’ wrth un arall ac mae'n dod. Dw i'n dweud ‘Gwna hyn’ wrth fy ngwas, ac mae'n ei wneud.” 10Roedd Iesu wedi ei syfrdanu pan glywodd beth ddwedodd y dyn. Meddai wrth y rhai oedd yn ei ddilyn, “Wir i chi, dw i ddim wedi gweld neb o bobl Israel sydd â ffydd fel yna! 11Dw i'n dweud wrthoch chi, bydd llawer o bobl yn dod o bob rhan o'r byd ac yn eistedd i lawr i wledda gydag Abraham, Isaac a Jacob pan ddaw'r Un nefol i deyrnasu. 12Ond bydd ‛dinasyddion y deyrnas‛ yn cael eu taflu allan i'r tywyllwch lle bydd pobl yn wylo'n chwerw ac mewn artaith.” 13Yna dwedodd Iesu wrth y swyddog milwrol, “Dos! Cei yr hyn wnest ti gredu allai ddigwydd.” A dyna'n union pryd cafodd y gwas ei iacháu.Iesu'n iacháu llawer

Yno gwelodd fam-yng-nghyfraith Pedr yn ei gwely gyda gwres uchel. 15Cyffyrddodd Iesu ei llaw hi a diflannodd y tymheredd oedd ganddi, a dyma hi'n codi o'i gwely a gwneud pryd o fwyd iddo. 16Pan oedd hi'n dechrau nosi dyma bobl yn dod â llawer iawn o rai oedd yng ngafael cythreuliaid at Iesu. Doedd ond rhaid iddo ddweud gair i fwrw allan yr ysbrydion drwg a iacháu pawb oedd yn sâl. 17Felly dyma beth ddwedodd Duw drwy'r proffwyd Eseia yn dod yn wir: “Cymerodd ein gwendidau arno'i hun,a chario ein hafiechydon i ffwrdd.” c

(Luc 9:57-62) 18Pan welodd Iesu'r tyrfaoedd o bobl oedd o'i gwmpas, penderfynodd fod rhaid croesi i ochr draw'r llyn. 19Yna dyma un o'r arbenigwyr yn y Gyfraith yn dod ato a dweud, “Athro, dw i'n fodlon dy ddilyn di ble bynnag byddi di'n mynd.” 20Atebodd Iesu, “Mae gan lwynogod ffeuau ac adar nythod, ond does gen i, Mab y Dyn, ddim lle i orffwys.” 21Dyma un arall o'i ddilynwyr yn dweud wrtho, “Arglwydd, gad i mi fynd adre i gladdu fy nhad gyntaf.” 22Ond ateb Iesu oedd, “Dilyn di fi. Gad i'r rhai sy'n farw eu hunain gladdu eu meirw.”Iesu'n tawelu'r storm

dyma ddau ddyn oedd yng ngafael cythreuliaid yn dod i'w gyfarfod o gyfeiriad y fynwent. Roedd y dynion yma mor beryglus, doedd hi ddim yn saff i bobl fynd heibio'r ffordd honno. 29Dyma nhw'n gweiddi'n uchel, “Gad di lonydd i ni Fab Duw! Wyt ti wedi dod yma i'n poenydio ni cyn i'r amser pan fydd hynny'n digwydd ddod?” 30Roedd cenfaint fawr o foch yn pori draw oddi wrthyn nhw, 31a dyma'r cythreuliaid yn pledio arno, “Gad i ni fynd i mewn i'r genfaint o foch acw os wyt ti'n mynd i'n bwrw ni allan.” 32“Ewch!” meddai Iesu. Felly allan â nhw o'r dyn ac i mewn i'r moch. A'r peth nesa, dyma'r moch i gyd yn rhuthro i lawr y llechwedd serth a boddi yn y llyn. 33Dyma'r rhai oedd yn gofalu am y moch yn rhedeg i ffwrdd i'r dre i adrodd y stori, a dweud am bopeth oedd wedi digwydd i'r dynion oedd wedi bod yng ngafael cythreuliaid. 34Yna dyma pawb yn dod allan o'r dre i gyfarfod Iesu. Ar ôl dod o hyd iddo, dyma nhw'n pwyso arno i adael eu hardal.

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
