(Marc 11:1-11; Luc 19:28-38; Ioan 12:12-19) 1Dyma nhw'n cyrraedd Bethffage wrth Fynydd yr Olewydd yn ymyl Jerwsalem, a dyma Iesu'n dweud wrth ddau ddisgybl, 2“Ewch i'r pentref acw sydd o'ch blaen chi, ac wrth fynd i mewn iddo dewch o hyd i asen wedi ei rhwymo a'i hebol gyda hi. Dewch â nhw yma i mi, 3ac os bydd rhywun yn ceisio'ch rhwystro, dwedwch, ‘Mae'r meistr eu hangen nhw; bydd yn eu hanfon yn ôl wedyn.’” 4Digwyddodd hyn er mwyn i beth ddwedodd Duw drwy ei broffwyd ddod yn wir: 5 “Dywed wrth bobl Seion,‘Edrych! Mae dy frenin yn dod!
Mae'n addfwyn ac yn marchogaeth ar asen;
ie, ar ebol asyn.’” a
6I ffwrdd â'r disgyblion, a gwneud yn union beth ddwedodd Iesu wrthyn nhw. 7Pan ddaethon nhw â'r asen a'i hebol yn ôl, dyma nhw'n taflu eu cotiau arnyn nhw, a dyma Iesu'n eistedd ar gefn yr ebol. 8Dechreuodd y dyrfa daflu eu cotiau fel carped ar y ffordd o'i flaen, neu dorri dail o'r coed a'u lledu ar y ffordd. 9Roedd y dyrfa y tu blaen a'r tu ôl iddo yn gweiddi, “Clod i Fab Dafydd!”

10Roedd y ddinas gyfan mewn cynnwrf pan aeth Iesu i mewn i Jerwsalem. “Pwy ydy hwn?” meddai rhai. 11Ac roedd y dyrfa o'i gwmpas yn ateb, “Iesu, y proffwyd o Nasareth yn Galilea.”
Iesu'n clirio'r deml
(Marc 11:15-19; Luc 19:45-48; Ioan 2:13-22) 12Aeth Iesu i mewn i gwrt y deml a gyrru allan bawb oedd yn prynu a gwerthu yn y farchnad yno. Gafaelodd ym myrddau'r rhai oedd yn cyfnewid arian a'u troi drosodd, a hefyd meinciau y rhai oedd yn gwerthu colomennod. 13Yna dwedodd, “Mae'r ysgrifau sanctaidd yn dweud: “‘Bydd fy nhŷ i yn cael ei alw yn dŷ gweddi.’ Ond dych chi'n ei droi yn ‘guddfan i ladron’ c!” 14Roedd pobl ddall a rhai cloff yn dod ato i'r deml, ac roedd yn eu hiacháu nhw. 15Ond roedd y prif offeiriaid a'r arbenigwyr yn y Gyfraith wedi gwylltio'n lân wrth weld y gwyrthiau rhyfeddol roedd yn eu gwneud, a'r plant yn gweiddi yn y deml, “Clod i Fab Dafydd!” ▼▼21:15 Fab Dafydd: gw. y nodyn ar 9:27
16“Wyt ti ddim yn clywed beth mae'r plant yma'n ei ddweud?” medden nhw wrtho. “Ydw,” atebodd Iesu. “Ydych chi erioed wedi darllen yn yr ysgrifau sanctaidd, “‘Rwyt wedi dysgu plant a babanod i dy foli di’?” e 17Dyma fe'n eu gadael nhw, a mynd allan i Bethania, lle arhosodd dros nos. Y goeden ffigys yn gwywo
(Marc 11:12-14,20-24) 18Yn gynnar y bore wedyn roedd ar ei ffordd yn ôl i'r ddinas, ac roedd e eisiau bwyd. 19Gwelodd goeden ffigys ar ochr y ffordd, ac aeth draw ati ond doedd dim byd ond dail yn tyfu arni. Yna dwedodd, “Fydd dim ffrwyth yn tyfu arnat ti byth eto!”, a dyma'r goeden yn gwywo. 20Pan welodd y disgyblion hyn roedden nhw wedi eu syfrdanu. “Sut wnaeth y goeden wywo mor sydyn?” medden nhw. 21“Credwch chi fi,” meddai Iesu, “dim ond i chi gredu a pheidio amau, gallech chi wneud mwy na beth gafodd ei wneud i'r goeden ffigys. Gallech chi ddweud wrth y mynydd yma, ‘Dos, a thaflu dy hun i'r môr,’ a byddai'n digwydd. 22Dim ond i chi gredu, cewch beth bynnag dych chi'n gofyn amdano wrth weddïo.”Amau awdurdod Iesu

A dyma'r prif offeiriaid a'r arweinwyr Iddewig eraill yn dod ato, a gofyn iddo “Pa hawl sydd gen ti i wneud beth wnest ti? Pwy roddodd yr awdurdod i ti?” 24Atebodd Iesu nhw, “Gadewch i mi ofyn cwestiwn i chi. Os rhowch chi'r ateb i mi, ateba i'ch cwestiwn chi. 25Roedd Ioan yn bedyddio. Ai Duw anfonodd e neu ddim?” Wrth drafod y peth gyda'i gilydd, dyma nhw'n dweud, “Os atebwn ni ‘Ie’, bydd yn gofyn i ni, ‘Pam doeddech chi ddim yn ei gredu felly?’ 26Ond allwn ni ddim dweud ‘Na’ … rhag ofn i'r dyrfa ymosod arnon ni. Maen nhw i gyd yn meddwl fod Ioan yn broffwyd.” 27Felly dyma nhw'n gwrthod ateb, “Dŷn ni ddim yn gwybod,” medden nhw. “Felly dw i ddim yn mynd i ateb eich cwestiwn chi chwaith,” meddai Iesu.Stori y ddau fab

Atebodd hwnnw, ‘Siŵr iawn, dad,’ ond aeth e ddim. 31“Pa un o'r ddau fab wnaeth beth oedd y tad eisiau?” “Y cyntaf,” medden nhw. Meddai Iesu wrthyn nhw, “Credwch chi fi, bydd y rhai sy'n casglu trethi i Rufain a'r puteiniaid yn dod i berthyn i deyrnasiad Duw o'ch blaen chi! 32Achos roedd Ioan wedi dod i ddangos y ffordd iawn i chi, a dyma chi'n gwrthod ei gredu. Yna gosododd y winllan ar rent i rhyw ffermwyr cyn mynd i ffwrdd ar daith bell. 34“Pan oedd hi'n amser casglu'r grawnwin, anfonodd weision at y tenantiaid i nôl ei siâr o'r ffrwyth. 35Ond dyma'r tenantiaid yn gafael yn y gweision, ac yn ymosod ar un, lladd un arall, a llabyddio un arall gyda cherrig. 36Felly dyma'r dyn yn anfon gweision eraill, mwy ohonyn nhw y tro yma, ond dyma'r tenantiaid yn gwneud yr un peth i'r rheiny. 37“Yn y diwedd dyma'r dyn yn anfon ei fab atyn nhw. ‘Byddan nhw'n parchu fy mab i,’ meddai. 38Ond pan welodd y tenantiaid y mab, dyma nhw'n dweud wrth ei gilydd: ‘Hwn sy'n mynd i etifeddu'r winllan. Os lladdwn ni hwn cawn ni'r winllan.’ 39Felly dyma nhw'n gafael ynddo, a'i daflu allan o'r winllan a'i ladd. 40“Felly, beth fydd y dyn biau'r winllan yn ei wneud i'r tenantiaid pan ddaw yn ôl?” 41Dyma nhw'n ateb, “Bydd yn lladd y cnafon drwg! Wedyn bydd yn gosod y winllan ar rent i denantiaid newydd, fydd yn barod i roi ei siâr o'r ffrwythau iddo bob tymor.” 42Dwedodd Iesu wrthyn nhw, “Ydych chi erioed wedi darllen yn yr ysgrifau sanctaidd: ‘Mae'r garreg wrthododd yr adeiladwyrwedi cael ei gwneud yn garreg sylfaen;
yr Arglwydd wnaeth hyn,
ac mae'r peth yn rhyfeddol yn ein golwg.’? f
43“Hyn dw i'n ei ddweud: fod y breintiau o fod dan deyrnasiad Duw yn cael eu cymryd oddi arnoch chi a'u rhoi i bobl fydd yn dangos ei ffrwyth yn eu bywydau. 44Bydd pwy bynnag sy'n baglu ar y garreg yma yn dryllio'n ddarnau, a bydd pwy bynnag mae'r garreg yn syrthio arno yn cael ei fathru.” ▼

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
