(Marc 12:41-44) 1Pan oedd yn y deml, sylwodd Iesu ar y bobl gyfoethog yn rhoi arian yn y blychau casglu at drysorfa'r deml. 2Yna daeth gwraig weddw dlawd a rhoi dwy geiniog i mewn. 3“Credwch chi fi,” meddai Iesu, “mae'r wraig weddw dlawd yna wedi rhoi mwy yn y blwch na neb arall. 4Newid mân oedd pawb arall yn ei roi, gan fod ganddyn nhw hen ddigon dros ben; ond yn ei thlodi rhoddodd y wraig yna y cwbl oedd ganddi i fyw arno.”Arwyddion o ddiwedd yr oes
(Mathew 24:1-21,29-35; Marc 13:1-19,24-31) 5Roedd rhai o'i ddisgyblion yn tynnu sylw at waith cerrig hardd y deml a'r meini coffa oedd yn ei haddurno. Ond dyma Iesu'n dweud, 6“Mae'r amser yn dod pan fydd y cwbl welwch chi yma yn cael ei chwalu, a fydd dim un garreg wedi ei gadael yn ei lle.” 7A dyma nhw'n gofyn iddo, “Pryd mae hyn i gyd yn mynd i ddigwydd, Athro? Fydd unrhyw rybudd cyn i'r pethau yma ddigwydd?” 8Atebodd Iesu: “Gwyliwch fod neb yn eich twyllo chi. Bydd llawer yn dod yn hawlio fy awdurdod i, a dweud, ‘Fi ydy'r Meseia’ a ‘Mae'r diwedd wedi dod’. Peidiwch eu dilyn nhw. 9Pan fyddwch yn clywed am ryfeloedd a chwyldroadau, peidiwch dychryn. Mae'r pethau yma'n siŵr o ddigwydd gyntaf, ond fydd diwedd y byd ddim yn digwydd yn syth wedyn.” 10Dwedodd wrthyn nhw, “Bydd gwledydd a llywodraethau yn rhyfela yn erbyn ei gilydd. 11Bydd daeargrynfeydd mawr, a newyn a heintiau mewn gwahanol leoedd, a digwyddiadau dychrynllyd eraill ac arwyddion o'r nefoedd yn rhybuddio pobl. 12“Ond cyn i hyn i gyd ddigwydd, byddwch chi'n cael eich erlid a'ch cam-drin. Cewch eich llusgo o flaen y synagogau a'ch rhoi yn y carchar. Cewch eich cyhuddo o fod yn ddilynwyr i mi o flaen brenhinoedd a llywodraethwyr. 13Ond bydd y cwbl yn gyfle i chi dystio amdana i. 14Felly peidiwch poeni ymlaen llaw beth i'w ddweud wrth amddiffyn eich hunain. 15Bydda i'n rhoi'r geiriau iawn i chi. Fydd gan y rhai sy'n eich gwrthwynebu chi ddim ateb! 16Byddwch yn cael eich bradychu gan eich rhieni, eich brodyr a'ch chwiorydd, eich perthnasau eraill a'ch ffrindiau. Bydd rhai ohonoch chi yn cael eich lladd. 17Bydd pawb yn eich casáu chi am eich bod yn ddilynwyr i mi. 18Ond byddwch chi'n hollol saff; ▼▼21:18 hollol saff: Groeg, “Fydd dim un blewyn ar eich pen chi yn cael ei golli.”
19wrth sefyll yn gadarn y cewch chi fywyd. 20“Byddwch chi'n gwybod fod Jerwsalem ar fin cael ei dinistrio pan welwch chi fyddinoedd yn ei hamgylchynu. 21Bryd hynny dylai pawb sydd yn Jwdea ddianc i'r mynyddoedd. Dylai pawb ddianc o'r ddinas, a ddylai neb yng nghefn gwlad fynd yno i chwilio am loches. 22Dyna pryd y bydd Duw yn ei chosbi, a bydd y cwbl mae'r ysgrifau sanctaidd yn ei ddweud am y peth yn dod yn wir. 23Mor ofnadwy fydd hi ar wragedd beichiog a mamau sy'n magu plant bach bryd hynny! Bydd trybini mawr yn y tir, a bydd digofaint Duw ar y genedl. 24Byddan nhw'n cael eu lladd gan y cleddyf neu'n cael eu symud i wledydd eraill yn garcharorion. Bydd pobl o genhedloedd eraill yn concro Jerwsalem a'i sathru dan draed hyd nes i amser y cenhedloedd hynny ddod i ben. 25“Bydd pethau rhyfedd yn digwydd yn yr awyr – arwyddion yn yr haul, y lleuad a'r sêr. Ar y ddaear bydd gwledydd mewn cynnwrf a ddim yn gwybod beth i'w wneud am fod y môr yn corddi a thonnau anferth yn codi. 26Bydd pobl yn llewygu mewn dychryn wrth boeni am yr hyn sy'n mynd i ddigwydd i'r byd, achos bydd hyd yn oed y sêr a'r planedau yn ansefydlog. b 27Bryd hynny bydd pawb yn fy ngweld i, Mab y Dyn, yn dod mewn cymylau gyda grym ac ysblander mawr. c 28Pan fydd hyn i gyd yn dechrau digwydd, safwch ar eich traed a daliwch eich pennau'n uchel. Mae rhyddid ar ei ffordd!” 29Dyma fe'n darlunio'r peth fel yma: “Meddyliwch am y goeden ffigys a'r coed eraill i gyd. 30Pan maen nhw'n dechrau deilio dych chi'n gwybod fod yr haf yn agos. 31Felly'r un fath, pan fyddwch yn gweld y pethau yma'n digwydd, byddwch yn gwybod fod Duw ar fin dod i deyrnasu. 32“Credwch chi fi, bydd y genhedlaeth bresennol yn dal yma pan fydd hyn yn digwydd. 33Bydd yr awyr a'r ddaear yn diflannu, ond mae beth dw i'n ei ddweud yn aros am byth. 34“Gwyliwch eich hunain! Peidiwch gwastraffu'ch bywydau yn gwneud dim byd ond joio, meddwi a phoeni am bethau materol, neu bydd y diwrnod hwnnw yn eich dal chi'n annisgwyl – 35bydd fel cael eich dal mewn trap. A bydd yn digwydd i bawb drwy'r byd i gyd. 36Cadwch eich llygaid yn agored! Gweddïwch y byddwch chi'n gallu osgoi'r pethau ofnadwy sy'n mynd i ddigwydd, ac y cewch chi sefyll o flaen Mab y Dyn.” 37Roedd Iesu yn dysgu pobl yn y deml bob dydd, ac yna gyda'r hwyr yn mynd yn ôl i dreulio'r nos ar ochr Mynydd yr Olewydd. 38Yn gynnar bob bore roedd tyrfa o bobl yn casglu at ei gilydd i wrando arno yn y deml.

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
