Gwneud addewidion i'r Arglwydd
1Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: 2“Dywed wrth bobl Israel: “Os ydy rhywun wedi addo cyflwyno person i mi, dyma'r prisiau sydd i'w talu (yn arian swyddogol y cysegr): 3pum deg darn arian am ddyn rhwng ugain oed a chwe deg oed,a tri deg darn arian am wraig;
dau ddeg darn arian am fachgen rhwng pump oed ac ugain oed,
a deg darn arian am ferch;
pump darn arian am fachgen sydd rhwng un mis a phump oed,
a tri darn arian am ferch;
un deg pump darn arian am ddyn sydd dros chwe deg oed,
a deg darn arian am wraig.
8“Os ydy'r un wnaeth yr adduned yn rhy dlawd i dalu'r pris llawn, rhaid iddo fynd â'r person sydd wedi cael ei gyflwyno i mi at yr offeiriad. Bydd yr offeiriad yn penderfynu faint mae'r sawl wnaeth yr adduned yn gallu ei fforddio. 9“Os ydy rhywun wedi addo rhoi anifail i'w gyflwyno'n offrwm i'r Arglwydd, mae'r rhodd yna'n gysegredig. 10Dydy'r anifail ddim i gael ei gyfnewid am un arall, hyd yn oed os ydy'r anifail hwnnw'n un gwell. Os ydy e'n ceisio gwneud hynny, bydd y ddau anifail yn gysegredig. 11Os ydy e ddim yn anifail cymwys i'w offrymu i'r Arglwydd, rhaid iddo fynd a'r anifail hwnnw i'w ddangos i'r offeiriad. 12Bydd yr offeiriad yn penderfynu beth ydy gwerth yr anifail. 13Wedyn os ydy'r person wnaeth addo'r anifail eisiau ei brynu'n ôl, rhaid iddo ychwanegu 20% at y pris. 14“Os ydy rhywun yn addo rhoi ei dŷ i'w gysegru i'r Arglwydd, mae'r offeiriad i benderfynu beth ydy gwerth y tŷ. 15Os ydy'r person wnaeth gyflwyno'r tŷ eisiau ei brynu'n ôl, rhaid iddo ychwanegu 20% at y pris, a bydd yn ei gael. 16“Os ydy rhywun yn addo rhoi peth o dir y teulu i'w gysegru i'r Arglwydd, dylid penderfynu beth ydy ei werth yn ôl faint o gnwd fyddai'n tyfu arno. Pum deg darn arian am bob cant cilogram o haidd. 17Os ydy'r tir yn cael ei addo yn ystod blwyddyn y rhyddhau mawr, rhaid talu'r gwerth llawn. 18Unrhyw bryd ar ôl hynny bydd yr offeiriad yn penderfynu faint yn llai sydd i'w dalu ar sail faint o flynyddoedd sydd ar ôl cyn y flwyddyn rhyddhau nesaf. 19Os ydy'r person wnaeth gyflwyno'r tir eisiau ei brynu'n ôl, rhaid iddo ychwanegu 20% at y pris, a bydd yn ei gael. 20Ond os ydy e'n gwerthu'r tir i rywun arall, fydd e ddim yn cael ei brynu'n ôl byth. 21Pan ddaw blwyddyn y rhyddhau mawr bydd y tir wedi ei neilltuo unwaith ac am byth i'r Arglwydd ei gadw. Bydd yn cael ei roi yng ngofal yr offeiriaid. 22“Os ydy rhywun yn cysegru i'r Arglwydd ddarn o dir sydd wedi ei brynu (sef tir oedd ddim yn perthyn i'w deulu), 23bydd yr offeiriad yn ei penderfynu faint mae'n werth. Bydd yn ei brisio ar sail faint o flynyddoedd sydd ar ôl cyn blwyddyn y rhyddhau nesaf. Rhaid talu am y tir y diwrnod hwnnw. Mae wedi ei gysegru i'r Arglwydd. 24Ar flwyddyn y rhyddhau bydd y tir yn mynd yn ôl i'r person y cafodd y tir ei brynu ganddo'n wreiddiol (sef y sawl roedd y tir yn rhan o etifeddiaeth ei deulu). 25Mae'r pris i'w dalu yn ôl mesur safonol y cysegr – sef un sicl yn pwyso dau ddeg gera.

Os ydy'r anifail ddim yn cael ei brynu yn ôl, rhaid ei werth am faint bynnag mae e'n werth. 28“Dydy rhywbeth sydd wedi ei gadw o'r neilltu i'r Arglwydd (yn berson dynol, yn anifail neu'n ddarn o dir y teulu) ddim i gael ei werthu na'i brynu'n ôl. Mae popeth sydd wedi ei gadw o'r neilltu iddo yn gysegredig. Mae'n perthyn i'r Arglwydd. 29Dydy person dynol sydd wedi ei gadw o'r neilltu iddo ddim i gael ei brynu'n ôl. Rhaid i'r person hwnnw gael ei ladd. 30“Yr Arglwydd sydd piau un rhan o ddeg o bopeth yn y wlad – y cnydau o rawn ac o ffrwythau. Mae wedi ei gysegru i'r Arglwydd. 31Os ydy rhywun eisiau prynu'r un rhan o ddeg yn ôl, rhaid iddo dalu'r pris llawn amdano ac ychwanegu 20%. 32“Mae un rhan o ddeg o'r gyr o wartheg ac o'r praidd o ddefaid a geifr i gael ei gysegru i'r Arglwydd. Wrth iddyn nhw basio dan ffon y bugail i gael eu cyfrif, mae pob degfed anifail i gael ei gysegru i'r Arglwydd. 33Does gan y perchennog ddim hawl i wahanu'r anifeiliaid da oddi wrth y rhai gwan, neu i gyfnewid un o'r anifeiliaid. Os ydy e'n gwneud hynny bydd y ddau anifail wedi eu cysegru i'r Arglwydd. Fydd dim hawl i brynu'r naill na'r llall yn ôl.” 34Dyma'r rheolau roddodd yr Arglwydd i bobl Israel trwy Moses ar Fynydd Sinai.

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
