1Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses ac Aaron: 2“Dywed wrth bobl Israel: “Pan mae dyn yn diodde o glefyd ar ei bidyn, mae'n ei wneud e'n aflan. 3Gall yr aflendid fod yn ddiferiad cyson, neu ryw rwystr sy'n ei gwneud yn anodd iddo biso. 4Bydd ei wely yn aflan, ac unrhyw ddodrefnyn mae'n eistedd arno hefyd. 5Os ydy unrhyw un yn cyffwrdd y dyn neu ei wely, neu'n eistedd ar ddodrefnyn mae e wedi eistedd arno, bydd rhaid i'r person hwnnw olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr. Ond bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 8“Os ydy'r dyn sydd â'r afiechyd arno yn poeri ar rywun, rhaid i'r person hwnnw olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi hefyd. Ond bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 9Mae cyfrwy neu unrhyw beth arall mae'r dyn sydd â'r afiechyd arno wedi eistedd arno wrth deithio yn aflan. 10Mae unrhyw un sy'n cyffwrdd unrhyw un o'r pethau yma yn aflan am weddill y dydd. Ac os ydy rhywun yn cario rhywbeth mae wedi eistedd arno rhaid i'r person hwnnw olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr. Ond bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 11Os ydy'r dyn yn cyffwrdd rhywun heb olchi ei ddwylo rhaid i'r person hwnnw olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr. A bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 12Rhaid torri unrhyw lestr pridd mae e wedi ei gyffwrdd. Rhaid golchi unrhyw fowlen bren mae e wedi ei chyffwrdd. 13“Pan mae'r dyn yn gwella o'i afiechyd, saith diwrnod wedyn mae i olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr glân. 14Y diwrnod wedyn mae i gymryd dwy durtur neu ddwy golomen, mynd â nhw o flaen yr Arglwydd wrth fynedfa'r Tabernacl, a'u rhoi nhw i'r offeiriad. 15Bydd yr offeiriad yn eu cyflwyno nhw – un yn offrwm i lanhau o bechod a'r llall yn offrwm i'w losgi. Bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud pethau'n iawn rhyngddo â Duw ar ôl iddo wella o'i afiechyd. 16“Pan mae dyn yn gollwng ei had rhaid iddo olchi ei gorff i gyd mewn dŵr. Ond bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 17Os ydy ei had yn cyffwrdd rhywbeth sydd wedi ei wneud o frethyn neu o ledr, rhaid eu golchi nhw. Ond byddan nhw'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 18Pan mae dyn yn cael rhyw gyda gwraig, rhaid i'r ddau ohonyn nhw ymolchi mewn dŵr. Ond byddan nhw'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 19“Pan mae gwraig yn diodde o'r misglwyf, mae hi'n aros yn aflan am saith diwrnod. A bydd unrhyw un sy'n ei chyffwrdd hi yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 20Bydd popeth mae hi'n gorwedd arno neu'n eistedd arno yn y cyfnod yma yn aflan 21Os ydy unrhyw un yn cyffwrdd ei gwely hi, neu unrhyw beth mae hi wedi eistedd arno, rhaid i'r person hwnnw olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr. Ond bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 24Os ydy dyn yn cael rhyw gyda hi yn ystod y cyfnod yma, bydd e hefyd yn aflan am saith diwrnod. A bydd unrhyw wely mae e'n gorwedd arno yn aflan. 25“Os ydy gwraig yn diodde o waedlif am gyfnod ar wahân i'w misglwyf, mae'r un peth yn wir bryd hynny. Mae hi'n aflan. 26Bydd pob gwely mae hi'n gorwedd arno yn ystod y cyfnod o waedlif, ac unrhyw beth mae hi'n eistedd arno yn yr un cyfnod, yn aflan (yr un fath â phan mae hi'n diodde o'r misglwyf). 27Os ydy unrhyw un yn cyffwrdd un o'r pethau yna, bydd y person hwnnw yn aflan. Rhaid iddo olchi ei ddillad ac ymolchi mewn dŵr. A bydd e'n dal yn aflan am weddill y dydd. 28Os ydy'r gwaedlif yn peidio, mae hi i aros am saith diwrnod, ac ar ôl hynny bydd hi'n lân. 29Y diwrnod wedyn mae hi i gymryd dwy durtur neu ddwy golomen, a mynd â nhw i'r offeiriad wrth y fynedfa i'r Tabernacl. 30Bydd yr offeiriad yn cyflwyno un yn offrwm i lanhau o bechod a'r llall yn offrwm i'w losgi. Bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud pethau'n iawn rhyngddi â Duw ar ôl i'w gwaedlif hi stopio. 31“Dyna sut ydych chi i gadw pobl Israel ar wahân i'r pethau sy'n eu gwneud nhw'n aflan. Does gen i ddim eisiau iddyn nhw farw yn eu haflendid am eu bod nhw wedi llygru'r Tabernacl sydd yn eu plith nhw. 32“A dyna'r drefn gyda dyn sydd â clefyd ar ei bidyn neu sydd wedi gollwng ei had ac sy'n aflan o ganlyniad i hynny. 33A hefyd i wraig sy'n diodde o'r misglwyf, neu'n diodde o waedlif. Hefyd pan mae dyn yn cael rhyw gyda gwraig yn ystod y cyfnod pan mae hi'n aflan.”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
