Mae Duw yn mynd i ddod â'i bobl yn ôl i'w gwlad
(30:1—33:26)
Gobaith! – Duw yn addo adfer ei bobl
1Dyma neges arall roddodd yr Arglwydd i Jeremeia: 2“Dyma mae'r Arglwydd, Duw Israel, yn ei ddweud: ‘Dw i eisiau i ti ysgrifennu popeth dw i'n ei ddweud wrthot ti ar sgrôl. 3Mae'r amser yn dod,’ meddai'r Arglwydd, ‘pan fydda i'n rhoi'r cwbl wnaeth fy mhobl Israel a Jwda ei golli yn ôl iddyn nhw. Dw i'n mynd i ddod â nhw'n ôl i'r wlad rois i i'w hynafiaid. Byddan nhw'n ei chymryd hi'n ôl eto.’”Bydd Israel a Jwda'n cael eu hachub
4Dyma'r neges roddodd yr Arglwydd i mi am bobl Israel a Jwda: 5“Dyma mae'r Arglwydd yn ei ddweud: ‘Sŵn pobl yn gweiddi mewn panig a dychryn sydd i'w glywed;does dim sôn am heddwch!’
6Ond meddyliwch am hyn:
Ydy dyn yn gallu cael babi?
Na? Felly pam dw i'n gweld y dynion cryfion yma i gyd
yn dal eu boliau fel gwraig yn cael babi?
Pam mae eu hwynebau nhw i gyd yn wyn fel y galchen?
7O! Mae'n amser caled ofnadwy!
Does erioed gyfnod tebyg wedi bod o'r blaen.
Mae'n argyfwng ofnadwy ar bobl Jacob –
ac eto byddan nhw yn cael eu hachub.”
8Yr Arglwydd holl-bwerus sy'n dweud hyn, “Bryd hynny bydda i'n torri'r iau sydd ar eu gwar a dryllio'r rhaffau sy'n eu dal yn gaeth. Fydd pobl estron ddim yn feistri arnyn nhw o hynny ymlaen. 9Byddan nhw'n gwasanaethu'r Arglwydd eu Duw a'r un o linach Dafydd fydda i'n ei wneud yn frenin arnyn nhw.” 10“Felly, peidiwch bod ag ofn bobl Jacob, fy ngweision,”

“Peidiwch anobeithio bobl Israel.
Dw i'n mynd i'ch achub chi a'ch plant
o'r wlad bell lle buoch yn gaeth.
Bydd pobl Jacob yn dod yn ôl adre ac yn mwynhau heddwch.
Byddan nhw'n teimlo'n saff a fydd neb yn eu dychryn nhw.
11Dw i gyda chi, i'ch achub chi,”
—yr Arglwydd sy'n dweud hyn.
“Dw i'n mynd i ddinistrio'r gwledydd hynny
lle gwnes i eich gyrru chi ar chwâl,
ond wna i ddim eich dinistrio chi.
Ydw, dw i'n mynd i'ch disgyblu,
ond dim ond faint dych chi'n ei haeddu;
alla i ddim peidio'ch cosbi chi o gwbl.”
12Dyma mae'r Arglwydd yn ei ddweud: “Does dim modd gwella dy friwiau;
ti wedi dy anafu'n ddifrifol.
13Does neb yn gallu dy helpu di.
Does dim eli i wella'r dolur;
does dim iachâd.

i gyd wedi dy anghofio di.Dŷn nhw'n poeni dim amdanat ti!
Dw i wedi dy daro di fel petawn i'n elyn;
rwyt wedi diodde cosb greulon,
am dy fod wedi bod mor ddrwg
ac wedi pechu mor aml.
15Pam wyt ti'n cwyno am dy friwiau?
Does dim modd gwella dy boen
Dw i wedi gwneud hyn i gyd i ti
am dy fod ti wedi bod mor ddrwg
ac wedi pechu mor aml.
16Ond bydd y rhai wnaeth dy larpio di yn cael eu llarpio.
Bydd dy elynion i gyd yn cael eu cymryd yn gaeth.
Bydd y rhai wnaeth dy ysbeilio yn cael eu hysbeilio,
a'r rhai wnaeth ddwyn dy drysorau yn colli popeth.
17Ydw, dw i'n mynd i dy iacháu di;
Dw i'n mynd i wella dy friwiau,”
—yr Arglwydd sy'n dweud hyn.
“Roedden nhw'n dy alw di ‘yr un gafodd ei gwrthod’.
‘Does neb yn poeni am Seion,’ medden nhw.”
18Dyma mae'r Arglwydd yn ei ddweud: “Dw i'n mynd i adfer tai pobl Jacob,
a thosturio wrth eu teuluoedd.
Bydd y ddinas yn cael ei chodi eto ar safle ei hadfeilion,
a'r palas yn cael ei ailadeiladu ble roedd o'r blaen.
19Bydd canu mawl a diolch a sŵn pobl yn joio
i'w glywed yn dod oddi yno.
Bydda i'n gwneud i'w poblogaeth dyfu yn lle lleihau;
Bydda i'n eu hanrhydeddu yn lle eu bod yn cael eu bychanu.
20Bydd disgynyddion Jacob yn profi'r bendithion fel o'r blaen.
Bydda i'n eu sefydlu nhw eto fel cymuned o bobl,
a bydda i'n cosbi pawb sydd am eu gorthrymu nhw.
21Bydd eu harweinydd yn un o'u pobl eu hunain;
bydd yr un sy'n eu rheoli yn dod o'u plith.
Bydda i'n ei wahodd i ddod ata i, a bydd yn dod.
Pwy fyddai'n mentro dod heb gael gwahoddiad?”
—yr Arglwydd sy'n dweud hyn.
22“Byddwch chi'n bobl i mi,
a bydda i'n Dduw i chi.”
23Gwyliwch chi! Mae'r Arglwydd yn ddig.
Mae'n dod fel storm;
fel corwynt dinistriol fydd yn disgyn ar y rhai drwg.
24Fydd llid ffyrnig yr Arglwydd ddim yn tawelu
nes bydd wedi gwneud popeth mae'n bwriadu ei wneud.
Byddwch chi'n dod i ddeall y peth yn iawn ryw ddydd.

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
