Bydd yr Arglwydd yn cosbi'r euog
1“Roeddwn yno i rai oedd ddim yn gofyn amdana i;dangosais fy hun i rai oedd ddim yn chwilio amdana i.
Dywedais, ‘Dyma fi! Dyma fi!’
wrth wlad oedd ddim yn galw ar fy enw.
2Bues i'n estyn fy llaw drwy'r amser
at bobl oedd yn gwrthryfela;
pobl yn gwneud beth oedd ddim yn dda,
ac yn dilyn eu mympwy eu hunain.
3Roedden nhw yn fy nigio o hyd ac o hyd –
yn aberthu yn y gerddi paganaidd ▼

ac yn llosgi aberthau ar allor frics; b
4yn eistedd yng nghanol beddau,
ac yn treulio'r nos mewn mannau cudd;
yn bwyta cig moch c
a phowlenni o gawl gyda cig aflan ynddo;
5neu'n dweud, ‘Cadw draw!
dw i'n rhy lân i ti ddod yn agos ata i!’
Mae pobl fel yna yn gwneud i mi wylltio,
mae fel tân sy'n llosgi heb stopio.
6Edrychwch! Mae wedi ei gofnodi o'm blaen i!
Dw i ddim am ei ddiystyru –
dw i'n mynd i dalu'n ôl yn llawn!
Talu'n ôl i bob un ohonyn nhw am eu pechodau,
7a phechodau eu hynafiaid hefyd.”
—meddai'r Arglwydd—
“Roedden nhw'n llosgi arogldarth ar y mynyddoedd,
ac yn fy enllibio i ar y bryniau.
Bydda i'n talu'n ôl iddyn nhw'n llawn
am bopeth wnaethon nhw o'r dechrau cyntaf!”
8Dyma mae'r Arglwydd yn ei ddweud: “Fel mae sudd da mewn swp o rawnwin,
a rhywun yn dweud, ‘Paid difetha fe; mae daioni ynddo,’
felly y bydda i'n gwneud er mwyn fy ngweision –
fydda i ddim yn eu dinistrio nhw i gyd.
9Bydda i'n rhoi disgynyddion i Jacob,
a pobl i etifeddu fy mynyddoedd yn Jwda.
Bydd y rhai dw i wedi eu dewis yn eu feddiannu,
a bydd fy ngweision yn byw yno.
10Bydd Saron yn borfa i ddefaid,
a Dyffryn Achor ▼

11Ond chi sydd wedi troi cefn ar yr Arglwydd,
a diystyru fy mynydd cysegredig ▼

i;chi sy'n gosod bwrdd i'r duw ‘Ffawd,’
ac yn llenwi cwpanau o win i'r duw ‛Tynged‛.
12Dw i'n eich condemnio i gael eich lladd gan y cleddyf!
Byddwch chi'n penlinio i gael eich dienyddio –
achos roeddwn i'n galw, a wnaethoch chi ddim ateb;
roeddwn i'n siarad, a wnaethoch chi ddim gwrando.
Roeddech chi'n gwneud pethau oeddwn i'n eu casáu,
ac yn dewis pethau oedd ddim yn fy mhlesio.”
13Felly dyma mae fy Meistr, yr Arglwydd yn ei ddweud: “Bydd fy ngweision yn bwyta, a chi'n llwgu.
Bydd fy ngweision yn yfed, a chi'n sychedu.
Bydd fy ngweision yn llawen, a chi'n cael eich cywilyddio.
14Bydd fy ngweision yn canu'n braf, a chi'n wylo mewn poen,
ac yn griddfan mewn gwewyr meddwl.
15Bydd eich enw yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel melltith
gan y rhai dw i wedi eu dewis.
Bydd y Meistr, yr Arglwydd, yn dy ladd di!
Ond bydd enw hollol wahanol gan ei weision.
16Bydd pwy bynnag drwy'r byd sy'n derbyn bendith
yn ei gael wrth geisio bendith gan y Duw ffyddlon;
a'r sawl yn unman sy'n tyngu llw o ffyddlondeb
yn ei gael wrth dyngu llw i enw'r Duw ffyddlon.
Bydd trafferthion y gorffennol yn cael eu hanghofio,
ac wedi eu cuddio o'm golwg.
Nefoedd newydd a daear newydd
17Achos dw i'n mynd i greunefoedd newydd a daear newydd! f
Bydd pethau'r gorffennol wedi eu hanghofio;
fyddan nhw ddim yn croesi'r meddwl.
18Ie, dathlwch a mwynhau am byth
yr hyn dw i'n mynd i'w greu.
Achos dw i'n mynd i greu
Jerwsalem i fod yn hyfrydwch,
a'i phobl yn rheswm i ddathlu.
19Bydd Jerwsalem yn hyfrydwch i mi,
a'm pobl yn gwneud i mi ddathlu.
Fydd sŵn crïo a sgrechian
ddim i'w glywed yno byth eto.
20Fydd babis bach ddim yn marw'n ifanc,
na phobl mewn oed yn marw'n gynnar.
Bydd rhywun sy'n marw yn gant oed
yn cael ei ystyried yn llanc ifanc,
a'r un sy'n marw heb gyrraedd y cant
yn cael ei ystyried dan felltith.
21Byddan nhw'n adeiladu tai ac yn byw ynddyn nhw;
byddan nhw'n plannu gwinllannoedd ac yn bwyta eu ffrwyth.
22Fyddan nhw ddim yn adeiladu tai i rywun arall fyw ynddyn nhw,
nac yn plannu i rywun arall fwyta'r ffrwyth.
Bydd fy mhobl yn byw mor hir â choeden;
bydd y rhai dw i wedi eu dewis
yn cael mwynhau'n llawn waith eu dwylo.
23Fyddan nhw ddim yn gweithio'n galed i ddim byd;
fyddan nhw ddim yn magu plant i'w colli.
Byddan nhw'n bobl wedi eu bendithio gan yr Arglwydd,
a'u plant gyda nhw hefyd.
24Bydda i'n ateb cyn iddyn nhw alw arna i;
bydda i wedi clywed cyn iddyn nhw orffen siarad.
25Bydd y blaidd a'r oen yn pori gyda'i gilydd,
a bydd y llew yn bwyta gwellt fel ych;
ond llwch y ddaear fydd bwyd y neidr.

yn fy mynydd cysegredig ▼

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
