Yr Allor i losgi arogldarth
(Exodus 37:25-28) 1“Rwyt i wneud allor i losgi arogldarth. Gwna hi allan o goed acasia, 2yn 45 centimetr sgwâr ac yn 90 centimetr o uchder. Mae'r cyrn arni i fod yn un darn gyda'r allor ei hun. 3Yna gorchuddia hi i gyd gyda haen o aur pur – y top, yr ochrau a'r cyrn. A gosod forder aur o'i chwmpas i'w haddurno. 4Gosod ddau gylch aur ar ddwy ochr iddi, gyferbyn â'i gilydd o dan y border, i roi'r polion trwyddyn nhw i gario'r allor. 5Mae'r polion i gael eu gwneud o goed acasia, wedi eu gorchuddio gydag aur. 6Yna gosod yr allor o flaen y llen mae Arch y dystiolaeth tu ôl iddo (y llen o flaen caead yr Arch sydd dros y dystiolaeth). Dyna lle bydda i'n dy gyfarfod di. 7“Bob bore, pan fydd Aaron yn trin y lampau, rhaid iddo losgi arogldarth persawrus ar yr allor yma. 8A'r un fath pan fydd e'n goleuo'r lampau ar ôl iddi ddechrau nosi. Mae hyn i ddigwydd yn rheolaidd ar hyd y cenedlaethau. 9Rhaid peidio llosgi arogldarth gwahanol arni, na'r offrwm sydd i'w losgi'n llwyr, na'r offrwm o rawn, a rhaid peidio tywallt offrwm o ddiod arni. 10Ond un waith y flwyddyn bydd Aaron yn puro'r allor, iddi fod yn iawn i'w defnyddio, drwy roi peth o waed yr offrwm dros bechod ar y cyrn. Mae hyn i fod i ddigwydd bob blwyddyn ar hyd y cenedlaethau. Bydd yn cael ei chysegru'n llwyr i'r Arglwydd.”Y Dreth at Wasanaeth y Tabernacl
11Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses 12“Pan fyddi'n cynnal cyfrifiad o bobl Israel, mae pob dyn sy'n cael ei gyfri i dalu iawndal am ei fywyd. Wedyn fydd pla ddim yn eu taro nhw wrth i ti eu cyfrif nhw. 13Maen nhw i gyd i dalu treth o hanner sicl (sef bron chwe gram o arian) pan maen nhw'n cael eu cyfrif. (Mesur safonol y cysegr sydd i gael ei ddefnyddio – sef un sicl yn pwyso dau ddeg gera.) Mae'r arian yma i'w roi'n offrwm i'r Arglwydd. 14Mae pob un sy'n ugain oed neu'n hŷn, i roi offrwm i'r Arglwydd. 15Dydy'r cyfoethog ddim i roi mwy, a'r tlawd ddim i roi llai. Mae pob un i dalu'r hanner sicl yn iawndal am ei fywyd. 16Rwyt i gasglu'r arian gan bobl Israel a'i roi tuag at gynnal Pabell Presenoldeb Duw. Bydd yn atgoffa'r Arglwydd o bobl Israel, eu bod wedi talu iawndal am eu bywydau.”Y ddysgl fawr bres
17Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses 18“Rwyt hefyd i wneud dysgl fawr bres gyda stand bres oddi tani. Mae hon ar gyfer ymolchi, i'w gosod rhwng Pabell Presenoldeb Duw a'r allor, a'i llenwi gyda dŵr. 19Bydd Aaron a'i feibion yn golchi eu dwylo a'u traed ynddi. 20Maen nhw i ymolchi gyda dŵr pan fyddan nhw'n mynd i mewn i Babell Presenoldeb Duw, rhag iddyn nhw farw. A hefyd pan fyddan nhw'n mynd at yr allor i losgi offrwm i'r Arglwydd. 21Maen nhw i olchi eu dwylo a'u traed, rhag iddyn nhw farw. Dyma fydd y drefn bob amser, ar hyd y cenedlaethau.”Yr Olew eneinio
22Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: 23“Cymer y perlysiau gorau – pum cilogram a hanner o fyrr, hanner hynny (sef dau gilogram a thri-chwarter) o sinamon melys, yr un faint o sbeisiau pêr, 24a pum cilogram a hanner o bowdr casia (a defnyddio mesur safonol y cysegr i bwyso'r rhain). Hefyd pedair litr o olew olewydd. 25Mae'r rhain i gael eu defnyddio i wneud olew eneinio cysegredig – cymysgedd persawrus wedi ei wneud gan arbenigwr yn y grefft o wneud persawr. 26Mae'r olew yma i gael ei ddefnyddio i eneinio Pabell Presenoldeb Duw, Arch y dystiolaeth, 27y bwrdd a'i lestri i gyd, y menora (sef stand y lampau) a'i hoffer, allor yr arogldarth, 28yr allor i losgi'r offrymau a'r offer sy'n mynd gyda hi, a'r ddysgl fawr gyda'i stand. 29Dyna sut maen nhw i gael eu cysegru, a byddan nhw'n sanctaidd iawn. Bydd unrhyw beth fydd yn eu cyffwrdd yn gysegredig. 30Rwyt hefyd i eneinio Aaron a'i feibion, a'u cysegru nhw i wasanaethu fel offeiriaid i mi. 31Ac rwyt i ddweud wrth bobl Israel, ‘Hwn fydd yr olew eneinio cysegredig ar hyd y cenedlaethau. 32Dydy e ddim i gael ei ddefnyddio ar bobl gyffredin, a does neb i wneud olew tebyg iddo gyda'r un cynhwysion. Mae'n gysegredig, a rhaid i chi ei drin yn sanctaidd. 33Os bydd rhywun yn gwneud cymysgedd tebyg iddo, neu yn ei ddefnyddio ar rywun sydd ddim yn offeiriad, bydd y person hwnnw yn cael ei dorri allan o gymdeithas pobl Dduw.’”Yr Arogldarth
34Dyma'r Arglwydd yn dweud wrth Moses: “Cymer berlysiau, sef gwm resin, onicha, a galbanwm gyda'r un faint o fyrr pur, 35a'i gymysgu i wneud arogldarth – cymysgedd persawrus wedi ei wneud gan arbenigwr yn y grefft o wneud persawr. Rhaid iddo fod wedi ei falu'n fân, ac yn gymysgedd pur, cysegredig. 36Mae peth ohono i gael ei falu yn llwch mân, a'i roi o flaen Arch y dystiolaeth tu mewn i Babell Presenoldeb Duw, lle bydda i'n dy gyfarfod di. Rhaid iddo gael ei drin yn sanctaidd iawn. 37Does neb i ddefnyddio'r un cynhwysion i wneud arogldarth tebyg iddo. Arogldarth yr Arglwydd ydy e, ac mae i gael ei drin yn sanctaidd. 38Os bydd rhywun yn gwneud cymysgedd tebyg iddo i bwrpas arall, bydd y person hwnnw yn cael ei dorri allan o gymdeithas pobl Dduw.”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
