Jude
Авторът се представя в ст. 1 като „Юда, брат на Яков“, т. е. на писателя на първото от съборните послания – „Яков, брат Господен“. Юда дава да се разбере, че не е в числото на 12-те апостоли (17 ст.) и не се изтъква като брат на Господа, а от скромност споменава само „брат на Яков“, който от своя страна бил добре известен на читателите като авторитетен ръководител на Йерусалимската община. Юда се споменава заедно с Яков сред братята на Господа (Мат. 13:55 и Марк 6:3). Посланието е написано преди Второто Петрово (съответно преди 66 г.), понеже там във 2 гл. се заимства от Посланието на Юда. Авторът иска да предпази вярващите от лъжеучители, които заплашват вярата и разделят църковната общност. Лъжеучителите са обвинени в неверие, похотлив живот, отричане от Христос и хулене на ангелите (ст. 3—4, 8—16, 19).Против лъжеучителите

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
