Видение за четирите звяра, за Стария по дни и за Човешкия Син
1 a В първата година на вавилонския цар Валтасар Даниил видя сън и видения в главата си върху леглото си. Тогава записа съня и разказа същността на видяното. 2 Даниил каза: Видях в нощното си видение и, ето, четирите небесни ветрища избухнаха върху голямото море. 3 b И четири големи звяра излязоха от морето, различни един от друг. 4 c Първият беше като лъв и имаше орлови крила; а като го гледаха, крилата му се изскубнаха и той се вдигна от земята, и беше заставен да се изправи на два крака като човек, и му бе дадено човешко сърце. 5 d След това, ето, друг звяр, вторият, приличен на мечка, който се повдигна от едната страна и имаше три ребра в устата си между зъбите си; и му казваха така: Стани, изяж много месо. 6 e След това, като погледнах, ето, друг звяр, приличен на леопард, който имаше на гърба си четири птичи крила; този звяр имаше и четири глави; и му бе дадена власт. 7 f След това, като погледнах в нощните видения, ето четвъртия звяр, страшен и ужасен, и много як; той имаше големи железни зъби, с които поглъщаше и сломяваше, като стъпкваше останалото с краката си; той се различаваше от всички зверове, които бяха преди него, и имаше десет рога. 8 g Докато разглеждах роговете, между тях излезе друг рог, малък, пред който три от първите рогове се изкорениха; и, ето, в този рог имаше очи като човешки очи и уста, които говореха надменно. 9 h Гледах, докато бяха положени престоли и Старият по дни седна, Чието облекло беше бяло като сняг и космите на главата Му – като чиста вълна, престолът Му – огнени пламъци, и колелата Му – пламтящ огън. 10 i Огнена река излизаше и течеше пред Него; милион служители Му слугуваха и мириади по мириади стояха пред Него; съдилището бе открито и книгите се отвориха. 11 j Тогава погледнах по причина на гласа на надменните думи, които рогът изговаряше; гледах, докато звярът беше убит и тялото му – погубено и предадено да се изгори с огън. 12 А колкото до другите зверове, тяхното владичество беше отнето; животът им обаче бе продължен до време и година. 13 k Гледах в нощните видения и, ето, един като Човешки Син идеше с небесните облаци и стигна до Стария по дни; и го доведоха пред Него. 14 l И на Него бе дадено владичество, слава и царство, за да Му слугуват всички племена, народи и езици. How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
